We only use the information needed to run the event experience, support registration, and help participants take part safely and confidently.

We collect the information you provide during sign in and onboarding, including your name, email address, profile image, t-shirt size, and team participation details. If you upload race photos, those uploads are associated with your account.
We use your information to create your profile, register you for the event, support team participation, power leaderboard and gallery features, and personalize your app experience based on your progress.
Registration payments are processed through Stripe payment sheets. Authentication is handled through Clerk. If you choose to enable notifications, the app uses your device permission status so event updates are sent only after you opt in.
Joining a team, enabling notifications, and uploading photos are optional. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings, and you can contact support if you need help with account-related questions.
